All shipments require the signature of an adult who is at least 21 years of age for delivery.

Misdirected shipments and delivery difficulties may result in additional shipping charges which will be billed to the member.

We can arrange winery or Arcata/Willow Creek, CA pick ups without any shipping cost.

All customers acknowledge that the wines provided are limited in quantities and may not always be available.

Some references might not available for Winery Pick Up.

There is no available return or exchange for shipped wines except if wine is cork tainted. In that case, we will ship you a replacement at no cost after evidences have been submitted and no after 30 days from the date of the order.
