Return & Replacement Policy
We want you to love every bottle you receive from us.
Because wine is a perishable product, all sales are final, but we’re happy to help if something isn’t right.We offer replacements or store credit for:

Bottles damaged during shipping

Corked or spoiled wine

Incorrect items received
If you experience an issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo (if applicable). We’ll take care of you quickly!
Shipping & Pick-Up Policy

Quarterly wine club shipments go out in January, April, July, and October.

Free Local Pick-Up is available at Osprey Café in Willow Creek and Libations in Arcata.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.

Orders not picked up within 45 days may be reshelved unless other arrangements are made.
Wine Storage & Care Instructions
To keep your wines tasting their best:
Storage

Store bottles on their side to keep the cork moist.

Keep them in a cool, dark place between 55–65°F.

Avoid direct sunlight and temperature swings.
Serving Tips

Whites are best chilled, but not too cold (45–50°F).

Reds shine slightly below room temperature (60–65°F).

Give young reds a few minutes to breathe after opening.

Early Shipping
Early Shipment Option (How Billing Works)
If you sign up for a wine club between scheduled shipping months and want to receive the current wines right away, you must add the matching “EARLY SHIPMENT” product (4-, 6-, or 12-bottle) to your cart.
How Billing Works:

When you sign up, your subscription will bill immediately for the next scheduled club shipment (Jan • Apr • Jul • Oct).

If you also want the current wines shipped right now, the EARLY SHIPMENT product must be added to your order. This covers the cost of the extra shipment.

You will receive:
1. The early shipment (paid by the EARLY SHIPMENT product)
2. The upcoming scheduled shipment (paid by your subscription billing at sign-up)
If you do not want an early shipment, simply skip adding the EARLY SHIPMENT product, and you’ll begin with the next quarterly release.
