2021 Riesling On Skins

Harvested at 21 Brix and destemmed, fermented on skins in old oak neutral barrels for two weeks. Pressed and raised in neutral oak for a year. No filtration and no other modifications or additions. No added sulfites.
Bright acidity, strawberry and berry fruit, great quencher.
